The following terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement") between Aesthetic Photo Booth ("Provider") and the Customer("Hirer") for the hire of the photo booth. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the parties, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the hire of the photo booth, whether written or oral.
Hiring and Service
The set up and pack down of the equipment are included in the quoted price. The time taken to deliver, set up, and remove the equipment is outside the rental period. The booth attendant(s) will aim to arrive at least an hour before the beginning of the hire time to set up. An earlier set-up time can be arranged with Aesthetic Photo Booth. Please note that an idle fee may apply for set-up that is required earlier than one hour before the designated hire start time. A trained booth attendant will supervise the equipment at all times to ensure smooth operations.
The venue of the event must be accessible for the photo booth service. A floor area of 3m x 3m is required, and the customer must arrange a minimum 240v electrical power outlet within 5m of the desired booth location. If the photo booth is to be used in an outdoor setting, prior arrangements must be made with Aesthetic Photo Booth. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is under protective covering and on level concrete-like ground surface. In the event that the customer cannot or does not provide appropriate cover, photo booth services will end if inclement weather occurs. In the event that services end early due to inclement weather during an outdoor event, the customer will not receive a refund in part or in full.
Meals for up to two booth attendants are appreciated, and the customer will be advised on the number required. If the customer is unable to provide these meals, they should inform Aesthetic Photo Booth prior to the event so that alternative arrangements can be made.
Prices are subject to change. Refer to the issued invoice from Aesthetic Photo Booth for applicable charges. By paying any, or the complete amount of, the invoice, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this contract.
A non-refundable initial payment of $200, deducted from the final invoice total, is required to secure the event time and date. Until this initial payment is received, the date cannot be secured and confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid by the customer to Aesthetic Photo Booth at least 14 days prior to the event. We will notify clients of when this payment is due. If the booking is made within 14 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the booking. Full payment of the final invoice amount must be paid 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of the customer's booking and forfeiture of their $200 initial payment.
A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of a 30km radius from Melbourne VIC 3000. The travel fee will be added to the booking quote.
An earlier set-up time can be arranged with Aesthetic Photo Booth, but an idle fee of $80 per hour will apply for idle time and waiting periods as requested by the customer (not inclusive of the set-up time and early arrival of Aesthetic Photo Booth on premises to set up). Idle time is subject to the agreement with Aesthetic Photo Booth.
Events held upstairs where there is no access to lifts, an additional cost of $50 will apply.
Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge, such as public holidays or holiday periods.
At the request of the customer to extend the photo booth booking time, an additional charge of $150 per hour will be charged. Subject to prior agreement with Aesthetic Photo booth to extend the booking time.
The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the hired equipment and props within the duration of the hire, as well as during any idle time, set up or removal - if this damage was caused by the customer or guest of the event.
To avoid damages the consumption of food and any form of beverages alcoholic or non-alcoholic are strictly prohibited inside the photo booth and on the prop table. Props used must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied before the event.
Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
Public Holiday and Holiday Period Surcharge
All events booked on Victorian Public Holidays will incur a 10% surcharge. During the period of 24th December to 2nd January, all events which are booked during this time will incur a 10% surcharge.
All initial payments are non-refundable. If the customer cancels within 14 days prior to the event date the initial payment can be held in lieu for a future booking. Prior notice is required for any changes to the time, location and date of the event. Aesthetic Photo Booth cannot be held accountable for unforeseen delays at the event venue. A Customer wanting to end the service earlier than the agreed booking time will not receive refund/deductions from their full payment.
Aesthetic Photo Booth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.
Use of images
When hiring from Aesthetic Photo Booth, the customer gives permission for the images taken at the event to be used on Aesthetic Photo Booth website or social media platforms for marketing purposes - unless advised prior to the event, by the customer, that they wish for their images to remain private and not used by Aesthetic Photo Booth for marketing purposes. Aesthetic Photo Booth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website or social media platforms, and will not use any content which may be personally damaging to any person/s.
We will be required to park our vehicle close to the venue given the nature of our service (heavy, fragile equipment). As such, by booking with Aesthetic Photo Booth, the customer agrees to pay for the parking expenses. This is to be:
The Aesthetic Photo Booth attendant may pause the photo booth for short amounts of time up to 10 minutes for maintenance and servicing of the equipment, including replacing the printer paper and ink or restarting the software.
Aesthetic Photo Booth may stop the service at any time during the event if they believe the equipment (booth, props, additional equipment) is being misused in any way that may be dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the equipment.
The Aesthetic Photo Booth attendant reserves the right to exclude and restrict persons from the Photo booth who they consider to be grossly intoxicated, or is acting in a manner that may damage the photo booth. In such cases, we reserve the right to shut down the photo booth immediately and no refund will be given. We kindly ask that all guests drink responsibly and follow our staff's instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Children are welcome to use the photo booth, but must be supervised at all times by an adult. The photo booth attendants are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while using the photo booth. Any damage to the equipment or property caused by children will be the responsibility of the person hiring the photo booth, and they will be liable for any repair costs incurred
Aesthetic Photo Booth will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control which may include a labour disturbance, internet/electrical outage, service interruption, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, a fire emergency, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster or war.
Aesthetic Photo Booth accepts no responsibility for any injury to persons during photo booth use.
Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Aesthetic Photo Booth.
