Terms & Conditions of Hire
The following Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between Aesthetic Photo Booth (“Provider”) and the Customer (“Hirer”) for the hire of photo booth services and any associated add-ons.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
By making any payment toward an invoice issued by Aesthetic Photo Booth, the Hirer confirms acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Hire & Services
The quoted hire price includes delivery, setup, pack-down, equipment hire, and trained booth attendant(s). The time required for delivery, setup, and removal of equipment falls outside the booked hire period.
The Provider will aim to arrive approximately 1–1.5 hours prior to the scheduled hire start time to complete setup. Earlier access may be requested and may incur an idle time fee.
A trained booth attendant will supervise the photo booth at all times during operation to ensure safe and seamless service.
2. Venue Requirements & Access
The venue must be accessible and suitable for photo booth installation. A minimum clear floor space of 2.4 m x 2.4 m x 2.4 m is required, along with a standard 240v power outlet within 5 metres of the booth location.
The Provider is not responsible for delays, reduced service time, or inability to operate due to venue restrictions, late access, floor plan changes, fire or safety directives, or decisions made by venue staff. In such cases, hire time will not be extended and no refunds apply.
3. Outdoor Events
Outdoor events must be approved by the Provider in advance. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the booth is positioned on level, concrete-like ground and fully protected from weather conditions.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or cease service if weather or safety conditions are deemed unsuitable. No refunds or partial refunds apply in these circumstances.
4. Booth Attendants & Vendor Meals
Due to the duration of on-site service, including setup and pack-down (typically exceeding five (5) hours), the Hirer agrees to provide vendor meals for up to two (2) booth attendants.
Vendor meals may be standard vendor meals provided by the venue and do not need to match guest meals.
Where vendor meals cannot be provided, the Hirer must notify Aesthetic Photo Booth in advance.
5. Payments
All prices quoted by Aesthetic Photo Booth are GST inclusive.
A non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the total invoice amount is required to secure the event date and time. No booking is confirmed until this payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. For bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event, full payment is required at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the initial payment.
6. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances and may be invoiced prior to or after the event, where applicable.

7. Damage, Loss & Responsibility
The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, props, or add-ons caused by the Hirer or event guests during setup, idle time, hire time, or pack-down.
Any items lost, stolen, or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear may be charged at replacement or repair cost and invoiced post-event. Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice issue.
Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the booth and on the prop table.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All initial payments are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the event, the initial payment may be held as a credit toward a future booking, valid for twelve (12) months, subject to availability and current pricing.
No refunds or deductions apply if services end earlier than the agreed hire time at the Hirer’s request.
9. Use of Images, Video & Audio Media
Unless advised otherwise in writing prior to the event, the Hirer grants permission for Aesthetic Photo Booth to use images, video footage, and audio recordings captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
Privacy requests must be submitted in writing via email or the booking portal prior to the event date.
10. Service Interruptions
The booth attendant may pause service briefly for routine maintenance.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or cease service if equipment is misused or guest behaviour poses a risk. No refunds apply in such cases.
11. Guest Conduct & Supervision
Guests deemed excessively intoxicated or acting in a manner that risks damage or injury may be refused access.
Children must be supervised at all times. The Provider is not responsible for injuries sustained during booth use.
12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Hirer.
The Hirer indemnifies Aesthetic Photo Booth against claims arising from the event, except where caused by proven negligence of the Provider.
13. Force Majeure
The Provider is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control.
14. Variations
Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Aesthetic Photo Booth.
By booking with Aesthetic Photo Booth, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. A 50% non-refundable payment is required to secure your date. All pricing is GST inclusive. Setup and pack down occur outside hire time. Images may be used for promotional purposes unless privacy is requested in writing prior to the event.
